What keeps me going

I am a mom of two young kids and four wild fur babies. I am also adopted, a daughter, a loving and challenging spouse, and a sister.

My journey started in Bangalore, India, where I was born and orphaned. I was one of the lucky ones and was adopted to a family in the US. This experience continues to guide me and shape who I am today. I feel a strong sense of purpose and am determined to create opportunities as they were shared with me.

My current passion: #femtech #womenshealthcare

My own challenging experiences with pregnancy, fertility, labor, delivery, and postpartum drove me to want to improve these experiences and seek out others looking to do the same.

It was during my 2nd maternity leave that I started researching ways in which companies, public and private were impacting the consumer experience. I started subscribing to all things women's healthcare - newsletters, slack channels, and meeting with companies and venture capital firms, really anyone who wanted to chat about this industry.

I feel a renewed sense of purpose and confidence joining this community. My confidence is rooted in both passion and work - as I am able to leverage my significant experience partnering with and selling to Payers, designing pilots, and implementing innovative technology for policyholders.
